Key Responsibilities:

1. **Quality Assurance Testing:** Execute comprehensive testing procedures to assess the functionality, reliability, and performance of pharmaceutical products developed by CureLifePharma.
   
2. **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory standards and guidelines, including those set forth by the Afghan Ministry of Public Health, WHO, and other regulatory bodies.
   
3. **Test Plan Development:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test plans and strategies tailored to the specific requirements of each product, considering factors such as formulation, intended use, and target market.
   
4. **Defect Identification and Reporting:** Thoroughly document and report any defects or anomalies identified during testing, providing clear and actionable feedback to development teams for resolution.
   
5. **Risk Assessment:** Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards or safety concerns associated with pharmaceutical products, proposing mitigation strategies as necessary.
   
6. **Validation and Verification:** Participate in validation and verification activities to confirm that product specifications and requirements are met, ensuring product efficacy and safety.
   
7. **Documentation and Documentation Control:** Maintain accurate and detailed records of testing procedures, results, and findings in compliance with internal documentation standards and regulatory requirements.

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or testing within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for testing and documentation.
